The Daytona Beach News-Journal reports that the school district in Palm Coast, Fla., has overhauled its web site and in the process given stakeholders more access to administrators. The highlight of the new site is a forum that often features postings from the superintendent. Parents are already logging onto this new forum by the hundreds.
