http://frameworkforevaluation.com provides an web-based data driven teacher evaluation system based on the Danielson Framework for Teaching. We're starting to produce school and district level reports of teacher evaluations based on the component level rubrics. If we can combine these reports with student assessment data, then districts will be able to have a complete view of teacher performance.
