• Transparency—Remove the solid white background to allow captured images to float seamlessly on web pages, complex presentation slides and color documents.
• New text possibilities—Capture and edit hard-to-grab text from websites and applications along with all its formatting. Edit text color, font style, size and more with easy-to-use Snagit editing tools. Rotate text boxes a full 360 degrees.
• Direct output to Screencast.com– The TechSmith hosting service is a free, quick and easy solution for sharing and storing screen captures and gathering feedback without having to send email attachments. The new Screencast.com direct output enables any capture to be made public, private or password-protected; file owners can choose to receive email notification when a viewer comments on their capture.
• New edge effects—Page curl is a fresh, modern look and new horizontal and vertical cut-out effects remove unwanted sections of a web page or image.
• Auto-scroll enhancement—Faster auto-scroll capture includes a new notification window to signify when scrolling is in progress.
• Editor Color Options—Responding to a popular customer request, change the color of the Snagit 10 editor background to blue or silver, or keep the default black.
