		<description>I&#039;m not sure exactly where Wayne Crews gets his information regarding consumer choice among broadband providers.  I live in an upscale community and still have exactly one choice for broadband - Comcast - and one choice for DSL - AT&amp;T.  Where is the choice?  Comcast has no incentive at all to provide customer satisfaction, since it has a monopoly in my area.  Web service providers absolutely need to be regulated.</description>
