It’s a bold and exciting effort on his part and on the part of the Republicans and it’s very much consistent with what I put out earlier. The philosophical positions have been polarized. The sides are divided between helping those individuals who have traditionally been most disadvantaged improve their lots in life or assist those who control the bulk of the nation's wealth and political influence continue to prosper at a rate greater than the general population. I am curios as to how Mr. Ryan expects the poor to access "a robust menu of institutional options" without financial aid? Who is surprised by these ideas?
