Technology in schools: Who does it best, China or the U.S.?

More teachers in the U.S. are embracing “flipped classrooms” and are bringing to schools digital tablets and laptop computers to create the 21st century classroom–but how does the U.S. compare in effective use of technology in education to other countries?
