Cincinnati, OH – September 18, 2014 – Hobsons has announced the appointment of Mohan Rao as the company’s Chief Technology Officer. Reporting directly to Hobsons CEO Craig Heldman in the company’s Arlington, Va. office, Rao is responsible for product development and technical operations with a focus on speeding innovation and ensuring the quality and integrity of Hobsons’ products and services.

Prior to joining Hobsons, Rao was President & COO of Mobile Insight, where he led the strategic execution and operations of client services, sales and marketing, product management, and engineering. He has more than 25 years of entrepreneurial, executive leadership, and technology management experience with a strong background in management consulting, venture capital, large-scale program management, and R&D. Rao has also served as CTO of Wireless Matrix (TSE: WRX) and venture-backed Career Rewards, Inc.
