Teachers see it as a way to provide personalized learning paths for diverse student needs, giving them the flexibility to reach all their learners. With millions of students taking online courses today, schools and districts must make the shift to a more blended or virtual learning model to remain competitive, meet student expectations, and reduce achievement gaps.</p>
