As a trainer for online teaching, I would also add that instructors need to develop strategies to help students find their own voices/persona online; and that social networking within an online class can evolve into significant and meaningful group interaction with active &quot;listening&quot; and responding to each others&apos; &quot;voices&quot; as a means for processing new learnings together.
