The National Education Foundation (NEF)’s CyberLearning program is offering a full tuition scholarship of $2,000 to the first 5,000 applicants who sign up to take any of the 400-plus personal computing or IT professional courses that it offers online.

Applicants can choose self-study or instructor-led courses on a range of subjects. General courses cover topics such as PC basics, using the internet, web site development, e-commerce, and database management.

More advanced courses on using Windows, Windows 2000, Linux, and Unix, as well as programming courses in A+, Network+, MCSE, C++, and Visual Basic, are available for school IT professionals.

There is no application process, but free tuition is available only to the first 5,000 respondents. “We will have enough to offer all your reader applicants,” promised CyberLearning’s Appu Kuttan.

To take advantage of the offer, go to the program’s web site and click on “Free IT Training.” n
