Web content filters could be Maine’s first eRate-delay casualty

The Morning Sentinel of Waterville, Maine, reports that the Maine Schools and Library Network, which links 1,100 schools and libraries, is in danger of collapsing due to current eRate delays. The network gets $3 million a year in eRate funding, and the first casualty of the eRate moratorium will likely be the state’s internet content filters.
