$5M from IBM helps N.C. students prep for careers of future

The Herald-Sun of Durham, N.C., reports that IBM is donating $5 million in software and products to the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics as part of its Academic Initiative. This is the program’s first foray into North Carolina. IBM executive Gina Poole developed the initiative to help prepare students for 21st century careers.
