Mass. district gets more for its money by leasing computers

The Milford Daily News of Milford, Mass., reports that school officials in Millis plan to save money over the next three years by leasing 69 Apple computers for $25,000. The district is currently paying $20,000 in annual repairs for the outdated computers it already owns, but buying new computers would cost $45,000. The district has therefore found that leasing is a more affordable and practical option.
