N.J. district pursuing aggressive ed-tech plan for K-3 students

The Chatham Courier of Chatham, N.J., reports on the progress of the local district’s new director of technology, who is executing a three-year plan for improving technology in the schools. The district hopes to have new computer equipment in all K-3 schools by next summer and has set aside money for several other purchases, including SMART Boards.
