Suburban Chicago course helps Latinos bridge digital divide

The Chicago Tribune reports that more Spanish-speaking Americans are trying to use the internet to connect to their relatives in foreign countries. But getting online isn’t so easy for Spanish speakers, since almost all of the software they encounter is in English. Only one third of Hispanic Americans use the internet, and the digital divide has been particularly tough for Latinos to bridge. (Note: This site requires registration.)
