Teachers upset with S.D. district’s plan to sell 2,000 computers

The Rapid City Journal of Rapid City, S.D., reports that many local teachers are upset by the Rapid City School District’s decision to auction off 2,000 of its older computers. The district is bringing in 6,000 new computers this summer, but teachers don’t want to see any reduction of the potential number of computers available to students, even if some of the machines are several years old.
