U.S. no longer world’s top nation for internet infrastructure

The New York Times reports that under the Bush administration, the United States has lost its world leadership position as the nation with the most developed internet infrastructure. Since President Bush took office, Asian nations, led by Japan, have passed the U.S. on the road to widespread broadband technology. (Note: This site requires registation.)
