The Daily American of Somerset, Pa., reports that district officials in Windber have made a deal with the Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport to encourage more students to take high school courses in industrial tool-making technology and computer aided drafting. Students who complete these courses will be allowed to apply to the College of Technology without having to submit an application fee.
