The Des Moines Register reports that college students are using the internet to learn about--and sometimes crash--raucous parties that often lead to arrests. Police in Iowa call these students "destination partiers" who aren't afraid to create disturbances on campuses other than their own. Law enforcement authorities say it is easier to track the behavior of "destination partiers" by monitoring various internet message boards. Some students are also using sites such as facebook.com to determine the best destinations for their party road trips....
