Washington Post reports how gangs in Maryland are using internet web pages to openly brag about affiliations, skipping school, getting high, and battling rival gangs. There is no way to know for certain whether these "cyberbangers" are gang members, the Post reports. But law enforcement officials said it's not likely that they are phonies. Web use among possible offenders does, however, offer police and school officials another way to keep tabs on gang activity....
