CNN.com reports that China's education minister announced a plan to help train hundreds of U.S. teachers in the Chinese language. Education Minister Zhou Ji announced the plan at the headquarters of the College Board, who is assisting with the initiative. Zhou Ji said that the Chinese language is "an important tool for the rest of the world." The plan will bring in more than 150 guest teachers from China to U.S. high schools and immerse nearly 600 teachers in the language.
