The Detroit Free Press reports that the Michigan Virtual University has announced a partnership with Blackboard, Inc. to provide a new course called: “Career Development in a Global Economy.” This course will help students meet newly adopted state graduation requirements and will be offered online, free of charge, to the state’s ninth graders.
