The New York Timesreports that Larry Ellison, chief executive of Oracle, has withdrawn a donation of $115 million to Harvard University. Ellison decided to withdraw the donation following the resignation of Harvard President Lawrence H. Summers in February amid controversy. Harvard had planned to use this donation--the biggest in the school's history--to establish the Ellison Institute for World Health.
