Beginning in September, math and science teachers across the country will be able to take advantage of Vernier’s free hands-on workshops in data-collection technology. Educators will spend the four-hour session learning how to integrate data-collection technology into their chemistry, biology, physics, math, middle school science, physical science, and Earth science curriculum. Participants will have the opportunity to collect data on computers, graphing calculators, and handhelds. Workshops will be held in 30 cities nationwide and will run from Sept. 11, 2006 to Nov. 18, 2006.
