The Daily Telegraph reports that an incident involving a fifth-year student, a mobile phone, and pornography is serving as a wake up call for parents and educators about children’s vulnerability. The student used mobile phone technology to show explicit photos to at least eight of his classmates in a primary school. The principal contacted the parents of 123 students to warn them that their child “may have come into contact” with the material. This is the first instance in New South Wales of its kind.
