The Washington Post reports that Breakaway Games, Ltd. released the final version of Incident Commander on the first anniversary of Hurricane Katrina. Incident Commander is a training simulator game that gives players a lead role in managing crisis situations ranging from terrorist attacks to natural disasters. Breakaway Games developed the game with an investment of $350,000 from the Justice Department and $1.5 million of its own funds.
