(NYSE: LF), today announced that two of its classroom solutions, the Interactive Decodable series and Language First!™, have been honored as winners of Learning® Magazine’s 2007 Teachers’ Choice™ Awards. The awards program is one of the most prestigious in the educational market, distinguishing the best products to use in the classroom as judged by educators.

The Interactive Decodable series, for grades K-2, helps students build phonemic awareness, phonics, decoding, and reading fluency skills using interactive storybooks and skill cards. Language First! is a four-level multisensory program for grades K-5 that supports English language development through interactive books with native language support in English and five other languages. The products complement one another and were designed to be used in classrooms separately or together. Both curriculum offerings will be featured in the January 2007 issue of Learning Magazine.

The entries were judged on quality, instructional value, ease of use, and innovation. Out of the 477 products entered, only 77 received awards.
