The JournalInquirer.com reports that voters at a town hall meeting in Windsor Locks, Conn. unanimously approved allocation of funds for an internet connection so Town Hall could link up with the Board of Education. However, on October 31, First Selectman Steven Wawruck received notice from Superintendent Gregory Little that despite approval, the systems would not be able to connect because of state legislation.
