This solution was developed by IBM and Novell and includes proven, enterprise-quality software components, all fully integrated with a choice of enterprise-standard IBM servers and the Centeris Likewise Management Suite, which ensures seamless integration of Linux servers into a Windows environment.
Makau will also be offering customers Centeris Likewise 2.0 which seamlessly integrates Linux in their Windows network including integration with Microsoft Active Directory. By offering this solution, the Makau Learning appliance can be easily integrated into customers’ Windows environments making it a more cost-effective solution.
