ITWorld.com reports that the former president and owner of ATE Tel Solutions Inc. has been indicted with defrauding the eRate which provides assistance for schools and libraries to connect to the internet. A federal grand jury has indicted Rafael G. Adame on nine counts of wire fraud while submitting false eRate applications for payment for providing internet services to various schools in Texas.
