Tech tames disruptive students

A report in California’s North County Times discusses how teachers at a school for troubled teens and juvenile delinquents are using technology to keep students engaged in lessons and learning despite their checkered pasts. Educators say the school–which caters to students who have been incarcerated, involved with gangs, or brought up in troubled homes–represents a last chance for many of these students to earn a high school diploma.
