Forty-four post-grad students from the U.S. will be awarded Marshall Scholarships to study in the UK next year. They will study at the top British university of their choice, courtesy of the British government, and their fields of study include international migration, molecular biology, music, public health, neuroscience, and politics. The Marshall Scholarship Program began in 1953 as a gesture of thanks to the people of the United States for the assistance received after World War II under the Marshall Plan.
