USA Today reports that a new web site from the National Council on Teacher Quality will highlight teacher worker conditions. The site will aggregate the minutiae of teacher union collective-bargaining agreements and state policies for the United States' 50 largest school districts into one, easy-to-use database that will allow people to compare and contrast school districts. In total, these 50 districts are responsible for educating 8 million students--about one in six public school students in the United States.
