Reuters reports that Electronic Arts Inc., has announced a new line of video games aimed at the laptop-carrying youth titled “The Sims Stories.” Players control virtual people named Sims as they eat, sleep, socialize, and make purchases. Due for release in the U.S. and Europe in February, the games are being targeted to multitasking MySpace teens and consumers in their early 20s. Electronic Arts designed the games to be run on laptops that do not have upgraded graphics cards, which many PC games now require.
