eChannelLine reports that after two years of leading Dell, Kevin Rollins is stepping down.  In his place, Michael Dell will resume the position he left in 2004. Rollins' departure comes on the heels of a very bad year for the computer manufacturer, as Dell lost first place in PC market share to HP and endured financial struggles. In addition, in the past year, Dell saw an investigation instigated by the SEC into alleged accounting improprieties.
