CompassLearning unveiled a host of new product updates at NECC. The company has added more than 11,000 assessment items and several hundred hours of curriculum to its CompassLearning Odyssey product suite, including eight more chapters (containing 82 new activities) for Odyssey Kindergarten Reading, five more chapters (containing 65 new activities) for Odyssey Reading/Language Levels 7 and 8, and two more chapters (containing 38 new activities) for Odyssey Kindergarten Math. In addition, the company has enhanced its CompassLearning Odyssey Manager with a student transfer feature intended to help administrators transfer students’ information more effectively. Reporting options will include improved grouping and sorting for district analysis of attendance and duration data, a new summary report for analyzing class performance by item and “distractor,” and a new assignment status report designed to analyze student performance across classes.
