Breazeale believes the skills and attitudes that make up resilience can be learned.

In this webinar, viewers will learn the eight factors that make for resilient people; discover how to apply resilience skills and attitudes in a crisis situation; receive tips and suggestions on developing a plan for building resilience; and learn how to develop a readiness kit.

Ronald L. Breazeale, Ph.D, is a clinical psychologist with over thirty years experience in mental health and alcohol and drug abuse treatment. He is the founder of Psychological and Educational Services and has served as President of the Maine Psychological Association and on the Council of Representatives of the American Psychological Association. Dr. Breazeale is the author of Crisis Tapes: A Self-Paced Learning Program in Crisis Intervention, The Maine Guide to Relaxation and Stress Management, and Reaching Home, a novel about conquering fear.

Rena Hannaford, the presenter of the Bullying in the Workplace webinar, has seen the devastating effects of workplace bullying on individuals and their families through her own corporate experiences.
