The Bismarcktribune.com reports that University of North Dakota school officials say that they cannot identify two individuals accused by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) for illegally downloading songs, because they no longer have access to the proper records. The RIAA announced last week that it will give hundreds of students suspected of illegal file-sharing the opportunity to settle, before lawsuits for copyright infringement commence against them.
