Looking to help schools plan, track, and manage their donations more smoothly, database solutions provider FileMaker Inc. has released an upgraded version of its Donations financial management software suite.
Version 2.0 is a ready-to-use application that aims to simplify fundraising campaigns, donations, and donor outreach efforts through a flexible entry and tracking system, customizable reports, pre-defined security access levels, reusable mail templates, and other management tools. The goal, FileMaker says, is to “streamline the fundraising process from initial campaign creation through completion.”
Donations 2.0 produces customizable reports designed to show fundraising details the way you want them displayed; automates communication with donors, clients, volunteers, board members, and other important campaign stakeholders; controls access to information based on the specific needs of individuals and groups; and leverage the benefits of FileMaker Pro 7, the company’s flagship database management software, including customization, sharing, web access, and more, FileMaker says.
Donations 1.0 customers can download the software free of charge from the FileMaker web site.
