Rapid City Journal.com reports that the Board of Regents is considering converting South Dakota’s public university campuses to "laptop-tablet environments" in an effort to keep pace with what is happening in the state’s public high schools. Currently, only Dakota State University is already at this point. Regents Executive Director Tad Perry believes that with more elementary and high school students having access to laptops, it dawned on the group that colleges may not be preparing its education students in the same fashion…
