This program aims to help communities kick-start or add on to a localgraffiti prevention program. Grant funds may also be used for a one-timeproject that has the potential to help reduce graffiti in the community. Grants of $2,000 will be offered in twocategories – communities with a population over 300,000 and communities with apopulation under 300,000. The funds must be used for projects that begin by fallof 2007 and are completed no later than Dec. 31, 2008.
