Marlborough, Mass. — July 16, 2007 — The Center for Educational Leadership and Technology (CELT)
was recently awarded approved vendor status with the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) and
Broward County Public Schools. The designation allows the districts to call upon CELT for a wide variety
of technology projects anticipated over the next three to five years.

Following a rigorous selection
process conducted by the districts, CELT was formally qualified to serve as a services partner for
program/project management, system analysis, system design, computer programming, technical
operations, network technical assistance and management, staff training, and web services.

In addition to Los Angeles and Broward County schools, CELT was selected as a qualified vendor to
provide professional services in the areas of policy and planning, data management, systems analysis,
and security for an additional year with the Hawaii Department of Education.
CELT will assist these learning organizations with the development of comprehensive technology
programs by providing experienced staff to supplement and address a wide range of pressing
technology needs. CELT will also provide project management services for high-level coordination of
selected technology projects.

Dr. John Phillipo, CELT´s Chief Executive Officer, is enthusiastic about the potential inherent in these
partnerships. "Our solid, sixteen-year reputation for working shoulder-to-shoulder with school districts to
address and resolve technology challenges is borne out by our being selected for these projects by
exemplary educational systems. We look forward to serving these organizations collaboratively and
helping them integrate the best aspects of technology throughout their organizations," he stated.

"As
always, our approach to technology focuses on an enterprise-wide view along with our keen
understanding of the needs and unique culture of educational organizations. Our sole purpose in every
engagement is to improve student performance through the effective and economical use of
technology," he said.

Some of CELT´s most recent school district projects include Orange County (FL) Public Schools,
Buffalo, Portland (OR), Muscogee (GA), Los Angeles County, Ft. Worth, Stockton Unified School
District, and Klein (TX) as well as state departments of education for Delaware, Indiana, Michigan, and
Tennessee.
