Warrenville, Ill. — July 16, 2007 — Continuing to expand its presence in the bus industry, IC Corporation recently made two significant personnel announcements.
Dennis Huffmon has been named Assistant General Manager at IC Corporation, reporting to Michael Cancelliere, Vice President and General Manager of IC Corporation. Huffmon previously served as Vice President of International Truck´s Used Truck Organization. Under his leadership, the Used Truck Organization successfully engaged the dealer channel and achieved the organization´s overall business and financial goals.
In his new role, Huffmon will assist Cancelliere in IC Corporation´s day-to-day operations as the company continues its growth in new products, markets and segments within North America. Huffmon will also be focused on the execution of the IC Corporation´s long-term business strategy to reduce costs and improve quality. In addition, he will be leading the company´s global growth initiatives.

Dennis replaces Dave Beebe, who has been promoted to a new assignment within corporate parent Navistar.
Jeff Shank has been appointed as Manager of National Account Sales for IC Corporation. In his new role, Shank will be responsible for commercial bus sales to IC Corporation´s national account customers and coordinating activities with the dealer network and suppliers.
"This position is another step in our growth strategy for commercial buses as we continue to release new and innovative products for the commercial bus customer," said Ian Shackleton, IC Corporation´s Director of Commercial Bus Sales. IC Corporation announced its entry into the commercial bus market in October 2006 by unveiling a new line of commercial buses.
Shank has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial bus industry, holding several senior positions in sales, marketing and product development. He is currently the President of the Mid-Size Bus Manufacturers Association and will continue to be active in promoting the mid-size bus industry.
