This national contest invites middle and high school students to produce a documentary, up to 10minutes in length, exploring a current political topic using C-SPANprogramming. StudentCam is sponsored by C-SPAN Classroom, a freemembership service dedicated to support educators’ use of C-SPAN programming intheir classes or for research. The grand prizewinner with the bestoverall entry will be awarded $5,000, with multiple cash prize awards of $250,$750, $1,000, and $3,000 to students in both middle and high school categories.
