Austin, TX - November 28, 2007 - Trillion today announced it was issued a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity by the California Public Utilities Commission. This is necessary for a provider to become an eligible vendor under the California Teleconnect Fund (CTF). The CTF funds enable eligible K-12 districts in California to purchase Trillion Broadband Wide Area Network services, Voice over IP telephony services and Internet services at a 50% discount or more.
