Minneapolis, MN – Capella University announced today that just sixty days after contracting with Docufide, they’ve successfully launched electronic transcript delivery services for all of their students and alumni. The new transcript services will provide secure, online student/alumni requesting and electronic transcript delivery to any destination globally through Docufide’s Secure Transcript service.
In 2008, Capella formed a committee to perform a cost analysis of their Registrar’s office transcript workflow. After a formal review, it became readily apparent to the group that e-transcripts was a low impact, high return way to reduce processing costs and time and provide automation and convenient self-service for requesting students.
