Student gets assault charge for blowing pellets


A high school freshman who hit classmates with plastic pellets blown from a tube has been suspended and charged with assault in Virginia, the Associated Press reports. The school board upheld the suspension of Spotsylvania County High School student Andrew Mikel II after his father appealed.
