What’s a great way to make new friends, get an awesome T-shirt, and contribute in a huge way to the world’s premier ed tech event? Volunteer at ISTE 2011!

Volunteers are a crucial part of the success of ISTE’s annual conference and exposition each year. Duties are varied and include staffing Ask Me stations, providing technical support for attendees, assisting at sessions or events, and stuffing registration bags. You’ll receive training, and the shifts are in three-hour blocks. Sign up for one or several!

As a conference volunteer you’ll receive the lowest conference registration rate, see the conference from the “inside track,” network with your peers and ISTE staff, and attend special volunteer-only events. Oh, and don’t forget you’ll receive the official Volunteer T-shirt!

Sign up during registration, or if you’re already registered, visit the Volunteers link on the website. For more information, contact conf-volunteers@iste.org.

In honor of National Volunteer Week, we would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our returning and brand-new ISTE conference volunteers. You are the ones who make the conference great!
