Oklahoma’s Norman Public Schools has become the first school district in the state—and one of the first in the nation—to launch its own full-service mobile app for both the Apple and Android platforms.

"Anyone and everyone can subscribe to this app for free," Norman Superintendent Joe Siano said. "Parents who are stationed abroad, grandparents, business owners, civic leaders, political leaders."
