NSBA 2012: Investing in today’s children

The National School Boards Association celebrates its 72nd annual conference, April 21-23 in Boston, and attendees will be able to see first-hand how technology transforms learning and improves students’ lives.

The conference theme, “A Better Tomorrow Starts Today,” will focus on educators’ commitment to children.

With more than 200 educational sessions, attendees will get best practices from colleagues in district workshops, hear from NSBA’s advocacy staff about national legislative trends and federal court cases that may impact their district, and find education technology sessions for every member of their team.

General session speakers include:

  • Correspondent Soledad O’Brien (April 21 General Session): Soledad O’Brien is an anchor and special correspondent for CNN. O’Brien has reported breaking news from around the world and has produced award-winning documentaries on a variety of important topics.
